Bio
Carol is a native of Hamblen County and is currently the Visual Art Teacher at Morristown-Hamblen High School East where she has taught for 24 years. She has a Bachelor of Fine Art Degree from East Tennessee State University, Masters Degree from the University of Tennessee, and is a graduate of Morristown-Hamblen High School West. Furthermore, her passion for art started as a young child in elementary school. She has devoted most of her life to inspiring young children and teenagers to express themselves through their own individual art. At the present, Carol is also the Director of the Young Artist Elementary After School Program, a member of Rose Center Council For The Arts and a member of the Artists' Advisory Council, member of the Morristown Art Association ,Tennessee Art Educators Association, HC-XCELL Art Builds Skills, and keep Hamblen County Beautiful.
